The story:
At first glance, this painting might just look like a field—color, texture, repetition. But the longer you stand in front of it, the more you see. Your eyes keep moving, trying to follow one flower, then another, until you realize it’s impossible to count them, impossible to hold the whole thing together in your mind. There’s always more—another petal, another blade of grass, another small detail you didn’t notice before.
That feeling is the point.
Because I think that’s what happens when you really pay attention to the good in the world. It doesn’t stay simple or contained. One small act leads to another, and another, until it spreads beyond what you can track or measure. It becomes layered, tangled, interconnected—in the best way. The more you look for it, the more it multiplies, until it feels almost overwhelming.
While I was painting this I kept asking myself: what would it look like to see the world that way all the time?
4,400 flowers on a single canvas is the closest I could get—not because I thought anyone would count them, but because I wanted to create that same sense of beautiful endlessness. The realization that there’s more good here than you can fully grasp.
I think the world would feel different if we all practiced seeing it like this. Overwhelming, but in a way that makes you want to keep looking.
Colors may vary slightly from your screen. Prints arrive rolled in a shipping tube, and will flatten when laid out. The 18×24” print has a printed area of 16.5×22” and has a ~1” white border. The 30×40” print has a printed area of 27×36” and has a ~2” white border.
Complimentary shipping within the US. International shipping available.
